Starting November 22, 2019 (Friday), Bayad Center and its partners will be implementing a 10% convenience fee for Kuryente Load (KLOAD) loading fees. No changes for other loading channels.
This month, the rate for 201-300 kWh went up to P 9.91 from P 9.44 last October.
